梁咏伦 先生拥有伦敦大学电脑工程一级荣誉学士学位 (B.Sc) ，伦敦城市大学工商管理硕士（ MBA ）和香港大学电子工程系电子商贸硕士（ M.Sc(Eng) ）学位和专业财务策划师 (CFP) 的资格。
Alan Leung, CEO of Holdfast Online, possesses over 1 9 years ' of extensive work experience in the areas of Finance and IT Management, and has worked for many famous international companies . In the past several years, Alan has been concentrating on the newly arisen Internet industry and owns abundant experience in the aspects of IT enterprise management and online entertaining applications.
Before joining Holdfast Online, Alan was the Chief Operating Officer of two famous internet companies - CY Foundation Group (HKex: 1182) and CITIC Pacific Communication (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd (namely Optic Communication Co. Ltd in PRC), a subsidiary of CITIC Pacific (HKex: 267). He had been elected as one of the “Ten Most Influencial Persons of China's Game Industry in the Year of 2006” granted by the General Administration of Press and Publication (GAPP) of PRC.
Alan was also the IT Operation Controller of STAR TV, a subsidiary of the News Group and has participated in the initial launch of Phoenix Channel in PRC. He has also served as senior business consult ing manager at Arthur Andersen and Bearing Points, and had taken responsibilities for launching several large telecommunication projects. Alan also possesses rich experiences in the financial market in the area of IPO and fund raising. He had served as CEO of Billybala iGame Limited (HKex: 8117), founder and CEO of Nettoo Group, and he has successfully brought the two companies to go IPO and fund raising respectively.
Alan owns a Degree in Computer Science from London University King's College, MBA from City University London and M.Sc(Eng) in E-Commerce from the Hong Kong University . Alan also holds the qualification of Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

浩方在线COO，蔡玮先生在互联网界从业经验超过8年，盛大资深管理人员，历任游戏策划、主管、副经理、经理、助理总监，总监等职务，是著名网络游戏《传奇世界》的项目研发、运营负责人，曾创下每月5000万人民币收入的成绩。
加入盛大前，蔡玮先生供职于著名互联网企业：《榕树下》计算机有限公司（2年）。
蔡玮先生具有丰富的互联网媒体、产品资源，内部管理、运营经验丰富,是盛大集团培养的优秀职业经理人之一。
马牧原
浩方在线CFO。马牧原先生在互联网、国际贸易和教育等行业，拥有战略合作、投资与融资、市场推广、团队管理等方面的丰富实践经验。
在加入浩方之前，马牧原先生曾在盛大互动娱乐公司（Nasdaq: SNDA)负责投资和国际合作业务，与多家国际著名公司如Intel、Microsoft、Disney等公司建立了长期战略合作伙伴关系，并为公司促成多项战略合作。
在此之前，马牧原先生曾任清华大学经济管理学院EMBA项目市场总监，以及ChinaRen.com商务拓展经理等职务。在此之前，马牧原先生拥有超过5年的国际贸易经验。在中国仪器进出口总公司担任项目经理期间，负责超过5000万美金的进出口业务。 马牧原先生拥有理学学士学位和英国Warwick Business School MBA学位。
